There is a large seating area with double doors leading out to the covered lanai.

This is a lovely, sunny room overlooking the front garden.

There is a fully equipped Kitchen with: cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, fruit juicer, waste disposal unit, china, glassware and cutlery for eight people. The kitchen leads to a Utility Room which houses a large washing machine and tumble drier.

The Kitchen Nook is a sunny corner in the kitchen where you can enjoy breakfast or your morning coffee.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom with corner tub and walk-in shower. Also has a walk in closet.
Cable TV is provided.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and is also equipped with cable TV.

Twin Bedroom 1 is a bright, inviting room with twin beds which can be pushed together to make a comfortable double bed if required. There is a walk-in closet with ample space for clothes and storage.

The En suite Bathroom with corner tub and door to pool area.

The Pool Area is fully enclosed and pool alarms are fitted on both the patio door and sundeck door to ensure the safety of children entering the area. There is a selection of Pool Toys and Games. The spacious sundeck has furniture and sunloungers provided. The pool can be illuminated at night.
During cooler months the pool can be heated if required – at an extra cost.
